At ZyroBoost, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Products can be returned only if they are completely sealed and unopened. Opened or used products will not be eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, customers must follow the steps below:

1. While opening the product package, you must record a continuous video without any pause clearly showing the sealed package being opened.

2. If you wish to return the product, you must also record another continuous video while packing the product for return.

3. Both videos must clearly show that the product is unused and seal packed.

Our team will review the request and if the product meets the return conditions, further instructions for return and refund will be provided.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product seal is broken or the product is used.

• Proper video proof is not provided.

• The return request is made after an unreasonable delay.
